Welcome to Torque Heritage. This website is operated and managed by Da Costa Strategic Partner, a Swiss-based company. By accessing this website and our private intermediation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Intermediary Role

Torque Heritage, under the management of Da Costa Strategic Partner, acts exclusively as a private intermediary in introducing buyers and sellers of luxury mobility assets.

We do not own the vehicles, aircraft, or marine assets discussed. We do not provide consultancy, advisory, structuring, negotiation, due diligence or representation services.

Our role is strictly limited to introducing parties. We do not receive, hold or transfer funds from third parties.

Any transaction resulting from our introduction is subject to a separate, formal Introduction Agreement.

2. No Client Verification or KYC

Torque Heritage does not request, hold or verify identity documents or Proof of Funds.

Any such verification is the exclusive responsibility of the parties involved, who may engage independent professionals of their choice.

3. Strict Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)

All information provided by Torque Heritage regarding "Off-Market" or "Private Treaty" assets is highly confidential.

Clients and partners agree not to disclose asset details, pricing, serial numbers, or provenance to any third party without explicit written authorization from Da Costa Strategic Partner.

Unauthorized circumvention of our intermediary role is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Swiss law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Torque Heritage does not perform due diligence, appraisals or authentication.

Technical descriptions, performance data, and valuations are based on information provided by the respective owners or third-party experts.

Da Costa Strategic Partner shall not be held liable for hidden mechanical defects, inaccuracies in seller-provided logs, or the ultimate condition of the asset. We strongly recommend independent professional inspections for all high-value acquisitions.

5. Intellectual Property

The brands Vestigia, Torque Heritage, Patrimonia Domus, Antiqua Mundi, and Maison Rare Wines are proprietary subdivisions of the Opulentia Suisse ecosystem. All content, logos, and strategic structures are the intellectual property of Da Costa Strategic Partner.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valais, Switzerland. 

Introductions are handled confidentially and reviewed personally.

Torque Heritage is a discreet mobility bridge. We do not maintain a public inventory. We introduce buyers and sellers.
